Refund policy
Shipping
Orders are made in small batches. Packages ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns
We offer a 15-day return policy for U.S. orders. You have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a new item is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
